I was engaged to help develop a bold, new strategic plan in partnership with the sustainability team. I carried out an in-depth materiality assessment to highlight the main issues and opportunities, and continued to provide independent counsel at key stages of the strategy development process.
As an Associate for Source Eight, I was part of a core team tasked with developing an more ambitious environmental strategy for a global professional services company. We led a series of Board-level stakeholder interviews to gather insights and then produced a suite of recommendations around governance, targets, and communication planning.
Working as an Associate for Three Hands, I helped create a volunteering toolkit for Centrica employees. Following the establishment of a new corporate partnership with Carers UK, the guide was aimed to maximise the social and business benefits of local charity partnerships. Following extensive consultation with internal teams, we produced an engaging, practical 26-page toolkit.
I managed all communications elements of a senior management skilled volunteering programme for a multinational energy services company, designed by Three Hands. I created the internal communications collateral resulting from a series of one-off events where senior managers shared their skills and experience with community partners.
I was engaged to prepare and facilitate several meetings for the global environment team. From designing the agenda, to facilitating the meetings, and then writing up the post-meeting materials, my input allowed the team to freely engage in productive discussions around planning and prioritisation.
Following a new strategy launch, I undertook a comprehensive review consisting of 18 stakeholder interviews to gather inputs and insights. I provided an anonymised summary of the interviews, an analysis of the strategy, and a series of recommendations around ways of working to enable improved collaboration.
