A responsible business specialist, I have over a decade’s experience working both in-house and as a freelance consultant to FTSE 100 companies, private enterprises, and charities.
As Head of Corporate Responsibility and Stakeholder Communications for O2 in the UK, I oversaw the company’s responsible business activities and led the development of the company’s first sustainability plan.
Before joining O2, I worked at British Airways, starting my career on a general management graduate programme. I held positions in marketing, customer services, and communications in the UK and overseas.
My decision to specialise in corporate responsibility was born out of a long-held desire to make a difference. I’ve gained insight, and invaluable memories, from 20 years volunteering with charities including War Child, Crisis, Age Concern and Wycombe Refugee Partnership.
I don’t doubt the scale of the challenges the world is facing – and the level of activation and action needed to secure a better future. But I believe that when people come together with purpose, determination, and compassion, most things can be achieved.
